Once you place an order, our customer support team may contact you to confirm the details. After confirmation, most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, although some orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Charges

• Flat shipping rate of Rs. 200 across Pakistan, regardless of order size.
• Delivery within Karachi: 2–3 business days.
• Delivery to other cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days.

Payment for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders is collected by the courier at the time of delivery and includes the product price plus shipping charges.

Exchange & Return Policy

We offer a 7-Day Exchange & Return Policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange or return:

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
