At Great Gears, we want to ensure you get the right equipment for your lifestyle. If your purchase isn’t quite right, please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
To qualify for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:
Timeframe: Items must reach our warehouse within 4–7 days of the original delivery date.
Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Hygiene Standards: For health and safety reasons, underwear and socks are strictly non-returnable.
Inspection: Items with odors, stains, or visible signs of wear will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
We offer refunds under the following specific conditions:
Order Value: Only orders under Rs. 10,000 are eligible for a refund.
Exclusions: Orders above Rs. 10,000 are eligible for exchange only.
Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time: * Refund Initiation: 5–7 business days after approval.
Bank Processing: It may take up to 30 days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchange Fee: A flat fee of PKR 250 applies to all exchanges (both regular and sale periods).
Availability: Exchange is only available for the same product value or variant.
Sale Items: Items purchased during a sale are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Out of Stock: If your requested size/color is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of similar value. A refund/credit will only be issued if the original order was under Rs. 10,000.
Responsibility: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and cost.
Courier: You may use any standard courier service. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage, as Great Gears is not responsible for the parcel until it is successfully checked into our warehouse.

Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 4–7 days of receipt.
Resolution: Depending on the evaluation, some faulty items may not require a physical return for a replacement to be issued.
We work hard to get your gear back to you quickly, but please note our seasonal timelines:
Standard Season: 2–4 business days.
Sale Season: 6–10 business days.
